Old City Graveyard dates back prior to 1831. Buried here are many of the Founders of Apalachicola, soldiers of the Confederacy, victims of yellow fever and shipwrecks. Some graves are made of wood and are worn to the point of being paper thin. The Infrared images really are my favorites of the series I took here.

Some of the crypts were cracked open. This was one of the coolest cemetery I have visited to date. My husband and I always seem to visit them when we travel. On my way to the only nearby grocery store (2 bridges away from St. George) I passed by this place and knew I had to go back with Shane and explore. It did not disappoint.
